Gems of the Norfolk coast

When travelling along the stunning Norfolk coastline it seems somewhat unfair that Cromer holds claim to the title of 'Gem of the Norfolk coast' when the whole coastline has been adorned with beautiful towns and villages that shine as bright.  But it has since the 1950's making it's townsfolk  proud.  So whilst we will all have our favourite gem, we think it's beautiful and that's why we chose to build a collection of stunning new homes there at Park View.

The town takes much of its character from the many fine buildings that the Victorians and then Edwardians built along the seafront and throughout the town creating a sense of historic grandeur and to complement this, our house designs are influenced by these era's architecture, intermingled with attractive, contemporary designs. As with every home we build, these homes are built to the highest quality and finish, and all come with an exceptional specification. They are also highly energy efficient - all have an energy band rating of B to help keep your energy bills low. They are well proportioned with flowing layouts planned to give you maximum space and storage, all this and the luxurious underfloor heating, the choice of beautiful kitchens and ceramic Porcelanosa tiles and the many other eye-catching detail features are what make our homes so special. And to look after you in the future, we build our homes using quality products, fittings and finishes that will save you time and money in future maintenance.

Wish you were there? Why not take a trip to the beach today? You may find your own gem at Park View. Visit our website for full details and hear what our customers have to say about our homes and how well we will look after you before, during and after you buy your home from us. And if Cromer is not the gem for you, then keep your eyes open for more sparklers in Sheringham and Hemsby!
