Are provided to home styles Chesterton, Gladstone and Swinburne. The return end of the breakfast bar worktop will be splayed at 45 degrees and lipped.

Composite stone, square edged, worktops with a 50mm front face, integrated draining board and undermounted stainless steel sink are available in a choice of finishes* to the kitchen only of all home styles. Please refer to the Available Upgrades leaflet.

An extensive choice* of high quality ceramic wall tiles to all kitchens and utilities is available for selection.

From the worktop to the underside of the wall units, behind the hob from the worktop to the ceiling and a splashback above the worktop to a minimum height of 400mm above the worktop to the kitchen and utility.

As an alternative to ceramic tiling in the kitchen and utility a post-formed upstand to all worktops along with a back painted glass splashback to the hob is available as a no cost optional alternative in lieu of ceramic tiling. See show home for examples of both.
