Bathrooms

• NOTE:
  1. The bathroom to home style Hughes has a separate shower cubicle in the bathroom in addition to the bath, which is fitted with a mixer tap and a hand held rinse shower head.
  2. Bathrooms to home styles Calder ‘A’, Dumas, Goldin ‘A’, Haring, Haring ‘A’ and Haring ‘B’ and Hughes are accessible from the adjoining bedroom to provide an additional en-suite facility and increased privacy.

En-suites

  1. Home styles Butterfield ‘B’ and Butterfield ‘C’ have a shared en-suite bathroom to bedrooms 2 and 3.
  2. Home style Goldin ‘A’ has a further en-suite to the second bedroom.

Ground Floor Shower Rooms

• Modern, stylish, high quality sanitaryware comprising a close coupled W.C., hand rinse basin on a vanity unit, a luxury shower cubicle with low level shower tray and glass sliding doors to home styles Calder ‘A’, Goldin ‘A’ and Hughes.
• NOTE:
  1. The ground floor shower room of home style Calder ‘A’ is a combined utility and shower room.

Cloakrooms

• Modern, stylish, high quality sanitaryware comprising a close coupled W.C. and a hand rinse basin on a vanity unit to all home styles except Abbott ‘A’, Andoe, Andoe ‘B’, Duffy, Duffy ‘A’, Gibson ‘A’ and Gibson ‘B’.

Taps

• All handbasins are fitted with stylish, modern, chrome finish ceramic valve single lever taps.

Showers

• All shower cubicles are fitted with a pressurised thermostatic mixer valve serving a high level fixed head shower and a separate adjustable shower head on a slider rail with a soap dish.
• All baths in bathrooms to all home styles will be fitted with a pressurised thermostatic bath/shower mixer valve tap with a separate adjustable shower head on a slider rail with soap dish, except home style Hughes, which has a separate shower cubicle in the bathroom.

Luxury Glass Shower and Bath Screen

• Baths to all home styles will be fitted with a fixed glass panel and a hinged glass screen.
• Shower cubicles will be fitted with glass sliding doors.

Vanity Units

• Bathrooms and en-suites are fitted with a handbasin on a wall-hung vanity unit with a 20mm post formed laminate worktop around the basin and over the adjoining concealed cistern.
• Ground floor shower rooms and cloakrooms are fitted with a hand rinse basin on a vanity unit.

Towel Rails

• All bathrooms, en-suites and ground floor shower rooms are fitted with chrome finish towel rails, all have a thermostatic radiator valve.  In homes fitted with combination boilers the towel rails have an electric element heater to provide a back-up heat source during the summer months when the boiler is not required for heating.

Ceramic Tiling

• An extensive choice* of high quality ceramic wall tiles to all bathrooms, en-suites, ground floor shower rooms and cloakrooms is available for selection.
