• Slate and smooth finish concrete tile roof covering.
• Slate grey coloured PVCU fascia, barge and soffit boards.
• Slate grey PVCU rainwater gutters and down pipes.

Rear access gates

• A framed, ledged and braced close boarded timber gate is provided to all private rear access paths.
• A metal gate is available as an upgrade.  Please refer to Available Upgrades leaflet.

Up & Over Garage Doors

• All garages are fitted with a high quality pre-finished slate grey, steel vertical pattern, retractable door.  Remote control electronic door opening is available as an upgrade – please refer to Available Upgrades leaflet.
