Building Superstructure

  • Brick and/or flint and/or through-colour render external wall finishes** – for location and colour please refer to the home style brochure, At A Glance leaflet and the external finishes layout plan.
  • Stone cills to front elevations of all home styles.
  • Traditional clay plain and/or pantile roof tiles or slates to roofs. For precise details of type and colour refer to the external finishes layout plan.
  • Hardwood timber joinery to fascia, bargeboards and modillions to soffits (where applicable), all finished in white paint. Phase I plots 59-79 and 89-93.
  • White coloured PVCU fascia, barge and soffit boards to Phase II plots 1-15, 17, 25-29, 36-44, 52-58 and 61-83.
  • White coloured PVCU fascia and soffit detail with white composite modillions to home styles Byron, Chesterton and Drake.
  • Timber canopy porch elements are vacuum treated and finished in white paint.
  • Black PVCU rainwater gutters and down pipes.
  • Georgian style feature white painted composite, timber door surround to home styles Bentham, Byron, Cadbury, Drake ‘D’, Gladstone, Lowry, Rhodes and Swinburne.
  • Georgian style feature white painted composite, timber and lead canopy above the front door of home styles Dawson, Dawson ‘A’, Marin and Marin ‘A’.

Rear access gates

  • A framed, ledged and braced close boarded timber gate is provided to all private rear access paths.

Up & Over Garage Doors

  • All garages are fitted with a high quality pre-finished black, steel vertical pattern, retractable door. Remote control electronic door opening is available as an upgrade – please refer to Available Upgrades leaflet.
