The village of Brundall, is perched on the banks of the River Yare - part of the famous Broads. Brundall is surrounded by beautiful, tranquil countryside, but the city of Norwich is only 8 miles away and the Norfolk coast only a 30 minute drive.
Brundall has several village shops, a medical centre, a primary school, a selection of places to eat and a church. Head in to Norwich for excellent shopping, dining experiences and a big dose of history, culture, and a vibrant arts and music scene.
Brundall is the ideal location for anyone who loves watersports such as fishing and sailing, or loves wildlife and bird watching, exploring surrounding countryside and pretty villages. The Broads, a National Park, has over 200km of navigable waterways and many Broads (lakes) of all sizes to enjoy. The Broads have 7 rivers, fens, marshes and woodlands making it a vital area for nature.

Norwich is accessible via the A47, which also links to the Northern Distributor Road, A1270, Broadland Northway. There is also a regular train service from Brundall’s two train stations to Norwich and Great Yarmouth. Trains run regularly from Norwich to London, Cambridge and the rest of the country. Norwich Airport offers domestic, European and (indirectly) intercontinental flights.
