after-sales instructions by email, we require very basic details from you (e.g. name and address etc.)
Any personal information will be held securely.
The details you provide are never passed to any other person or company unless we are obliged by law
to disclose it.
We do use software that will statistically monitor overall visitors to our website to record general details
e.g. number of visitors to the website per week or which pages are viewed most. This data is non-personal and does not record any information about you as an individual.
