NHBC

All of our new homes have the benefit of cover under The National House Building Council Warranty Scheme, called Buildmark.

The design and construction of your new home will be closely monitored by the NHBC to ensure that it has been built in accordance with the Building Regulations and the NHBC standards. It will be covered for two years against workmanship or materials not achieving the NHBC standards and for a further eight years against any major structural problems. The NHBC standard is that which an average craftsman should achieve.

Prior to legal completion your new home will be given a final check by the NHBC to ensure that it meets and, in many ways, exceeds their standards.
