Update information
NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS
REF: BROOKE-MEADOW WAY, PORINGLAND
At Norfolk Homes we aim to update and improve our homes continuously, which does mean that some amendments occur after sales literature, display material and our website have been produced. We do reserve the right to alter plans and specification without notice, but endeavour to let customers know of material changes as soon as possible which are as follows: -
• Austen home type: The w.c. in the en-suite now has a concealed cistern.
• Jenner home type: The space marked in the kitchen shows a tumble drier space – this is replaced by an integrated freezer.
• Newton home type: The location of TV points and other sockets in the living room has changed. Please ask our Sales Negotiator for details of the plots affected.
• Site layout:
a) Cycle stores have been added to plots 179 and 182.
b) The Computer Generated Graphic showing the whole site layout incorrectly
shows plot 188 as being a rendered home with a tiled roof. It is a brick
house with a slate roof. Please ask for details.
c) The allocation of parking spaces and car ports for Jenner and Tyndale
apartments has been amended. Please refer to our Sales Negotiator for
details.
d) The Newton design in Hamilton Court and Marine Court has changed to
a Newton ‘B’.
• Features:
a) Door knockers will not be fitted to future plots (ask our Sales Negotiator
for details of which ones) – a door bell is fitted as standard.
b) Some of the black ash shiplap cladding is timber and not UPVC as mentioned.
Ask for details.
c) The Fleming does not have French doors but a single open-in door in
the kitchen/dining room.
d) Please note that the Newton ‘B’ does not have an American
style fridge/freezer.
e) The Newton ‘A’ and the Newton ‘B’ have one
of the two wardrobes in the main bedroom omitted.
f) Ceramic wall tiling to bathrooms and en-suites will now be full height
around baths/shower cubicles, half height to walls where sanitary ware
is fitted and in cloakrooms there will be just a splash back to the washbasin.
This applies to plots 183 to 187, 243 to 248 and 253 to 292a.
g) American fridge freezers and LCD TVs are no longer fitted – for
details of plots unaffected by this change please see our Sales Negotiator.
