Update information

NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS
REF: COLLEGE HEIGHTS, EASTON

At Norfolk Homes we aim to update and improve our homes continuously, which does mean that some amendments occur after sales literature, display material and our website have been produced. We do reserve the right to alter plans and specification without notice, but endeavour to let customers know of material changes as soon as possible which are as follows:

· Brochure covers: Our reservation fee has increased to £350. If you are unable to proceed to completion, £100 would be refunded to you with £250 being retained by Norfolk Homes towards our abortive legal and administration costs. The £350 reservation can become part of your contract deposit paid on exchange of contracts.
