Update information
NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS
REF: MILEHAM DRIVE, AYLSHAM
At Norfolk Homes we aim to update and improve our homes continuously, which does mean that some amendments occur after sales literature, display material and our website have been produced. We do reserve the right to alter plans and specification without notice, but endeavour to let customers know of material changes as soon as possible which are as follows: -
• Generally:
a) Please ensure you have “Your new home” booklet dated November
2007. It incorporates most changes to our literature.
• Site layout
plan:
a) The drive under between plots 144 and 145 is omitted. Both plots are
now fully detached.
b) Additional parking has been allocated to plots 151 and 152 (they were
visitor spaces)
c) A low wall has been added adjacent to plot 143.
• The Frobisher: Plots 112 and 113 dimensions of areas around the cloakroom are slightly different to that shown in our sales literature. Please ask for details. A mains water feed has been added to the kitchen in some newer Frobishers – ask for details
• The Nightingale: The Nightingale has undergone a succession of changes. Not all changes shown in our latest booklet have been incorporated to all Nightingales. Please ask our Sales Negotiator for full details.
• Features and
summary:
a) Due to continuous improvements, a number of the features in our showhouse
have been replaced/improved. Please ask our Sales Negotiator for details.
b) Cooker extractor hoods are now stainless steel chimney style and not
integrated.
c) All plots will have classic coving throughout (except to bathrooms,
cupboards, wardrobes and en-suites) with plainer ceiling roses in the
living and dining room.
d) Arches over baths are not now included - please ignore mention of them
on floor layout plans.
e) TV/Satellite points and sockets, on a number of home types, have been
repositioned in the living room – for details of the plots this
change applies to please ask our Sales Negotiator.
• Attached garage plots and terraced/linked plots: It is not always possible to include the side window(s) shown on home plans. Please ask our negotiator for details.
• Home styles Lowry “A”, Vaughan, Vaughan ‘C’, Harrison, Cartwright ‘A’, Salisbury and Wilberforce: please note that the electric double oven is built-under the hob unit.
