Leave Norwich on the A1151 signposted towards Wroxham. After approximately 3 miles you will reach the roundabout in Sprowston. Turn right (2nd exit), towards Tesco superstore.
At the next roundabout turn right (3rd exit) onto our Manor Reach development. The car park for our Sales Office and Showhouse are on the right.
Directions from Wroxham
Leave Wroxham on the A1151 signposted towards Norwich. After approximately 5 miles you will reach a roundabout for Sprowston Park and Ride. Go straight on (1st exit) and in ¼ mile you will come to another roundabout. Turn left (1st exit), towards Tesco superstore. At the next roundabout turn right (3rd exit) onto our Manor Reach development. The car park for our Sales Office and Showhouse are on the right.
