Construction is underway at Manor Reach and we are planning to open an on-site Sales Office in August 2008. Shortly after opening, we will have two fantastic homes to view so that you can see the very latest specification and design.

Manor Reach is our very latest collection of 64 homes (first phase), all built with our usual superb specification and quality finish. There are many different new home designs and most of our established home types have been re-designed and improved for Manor Reach. From a modest single bedroom apartment to a four bedroom detached house, there is something for everyone!

Manor Reach is located in a perfect position less than 3 miles away from the very centre of Norwich. A park and ride service into the city centre is within walking distance. A major Tesco store is situated near to our development and provides everyday needs on a 24/7 basis. Sprowston has a range of other local shops, amenities and leisure activities. Also adjacent to our development is the lovely Sprowston Manor estate, a luxury hotel and golf club with rolling parkland. There are plenty of other recreation facilities close by too.
