Manor
Reach, Sprowston
Superbly
located for the bustling centre of Norwich and for the beauty and
peace of the nearby countryside.
Sprowston
is a sought after and extensive suburb of Norwich. It is perfectly
situated for both the city and countryside and is less than 3 miles
from the very centre of Norwich.
A major Tesco superstore is situated close to our development and
provides for everyday needs on a 24/7 basis. Sprowston also has
a range of other local shops, a retail park, various places to eat
and drink, schools for all ages, places of worship, doctors and
dentists, a library and sports and leisure facilities. A
Park and Ride service to Norwich city centre is within a short walking
distance and has buses running every 10 minutes. There are other
bus routes running frequent services as well.
Adjacent
to our development is Sprowston Manor, a classic stately manor house
which is so much more than an award winning luxury hotel –
it is a country retreat offering lots of places to relax, has luxury
hotel rooms, restaurants and bars, leisure facilities and a championship
golf course.
Wroxham
is 5 miles away from Sprowston and is considered the capital of
the Norfolk Broads with the river Bure running through it. The river,
broad and riverside park are a source of recreation including boating
and appreciation of wildlife. There are lots of hotels, pubs, restaurants
and shops including Roys - a unique shopping experience situated
in the very centre of Wroxham and claims to be the world’s
largest village store. Wroxham also has a railway station on the
famous Bittern Line which runs between Norwich and Sheringham on
the coast.
 The
historical city of Norwich remains the main commercial, cultural,
retail, entertainment and transport link for the county if not the
region. Trains run regularly from here to London, Cambridge and
the rest of the country. Norwich also has an expanding international
airport with domestic and European flights.
